Temple Rome students from Professor Venturini’s Journalism & Society course recently had their articles published in Wanted in Rome, a widely read English-language publication serving Rome’s international and expatriate community.
As part of a general news reporting assignment, students were challenged to identify a newsworthy story relevant to Wanted in Rome’s readership and produce a thoroughly researched, engaging, and well-written article in just 80 minutes. The publication of their work highlights their journalistic skills and their ability to apply classroom learning to real-world reporting.
